Sapori e profumi dal mondo – i Cluster di Expo
Questa serie di incontri rappresenta per noi una nuova sfida poiché è stata la prima manifestazione legata ad Expo ed eravamo curiose di vedere la risposta del pubblico. Siamo rimaste meravigliate dal successo dell’iniziativa perché abbiamo trovato le persone curiosissime e sempre molto pubblico. Questo un po’ ci ha galvanizzato. Abbiamo fatto una cosa che ci è piaciuta e che dal mio punto di vista mi ha dato la possibilità di conoscere in prima persona i lettori di Sale&Pepe, anche di vecchissima data. Siamo venute a conoscenza di quello che fanno, di quello che leggono e da quanto ci leggono. Interessante è stato conoscere la loro curiosità verso determinati ingredienti legati ai cluster, che magari spesso neanche noi usiamo ma che nel prossimo futuro potremmo inserire sempre di più.

Tastes & Aromas from Around the World – Clusters of Expo
This series of talks is a new challenge for us because it’s the first event linked to Expo, and we were curious to see the reactions of the public. We were surprised by the success of this initiative, it sparked a lot of curiosity and attracted a large audience. This has certainly galvanised us. We’ve done something that we liked, and that in my opinion has given us the opportunity to meet the readers of Sale&Pepe in person, including some that have been following us for many years. We’ve learned about them: what they do, what they read and when they started reading us. It has been interesting to see how they were curious about specific ingredients linked to the clusters that often we don’t use much but that we could incorporate more in the future.
